The Republic of Djibouti (the “Recipient”) will implement the Djibouti Economic Diversification Program for Results (P511188) (the Operation) as Phase 1 of the Djibouti Economic Diversification Program using the MultiPhase Programmatic Approach, which includes an Investment Project Financing (IPF) Component (the “Project”) with the leadership of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in charge of Industry (MEFI), as set out in the Financing Agreement. The International Development Association (IDA) (the “Association”) has agreed to provide financing for the Operation, as set out in the Financing Agreement.

La République de Djibouti (le « Bénéficiaire ») mettra en œuvre le Programme pour les Résultats relatif à la
Diversification Économique de Djibouti (P511188) (l’« Opération ») en tant que Phase 1 du Programme
pluriannuel pour la Diversification Économique de Djibouti, lequel comprend une composante financée au
titre d’un Financement de Projet d’Investissement (FPI) (le « Projet »), sous le leadership du Ministère de
l’Économie et des Finances chargé de l’Industrie (MEFI), tel qu’énoncé dans l’Accord de Financement.
L’Association internationale de développement (IDA) (l’ « Association ») a accepté de fournir un
financement pour l’Opération, conformément aux dispositions de l’Accord de Financement
